Steve Dulin is a testament to the power of integrating faith with professional excellence. Born and raised with a keen interest in the intersection of business and ethics, he pursued his education at Rice University, majoring in economics, political science, and business management. His academic journey laid the groundwork for his future endeavors, equipping him with the knowledge to navigate complex business landscapes.
In 1990, Dulin founded Milestone Construction, a company that thrived under his leadership for two decades. The firm became known for its commercial interior finish-out projects, completing over 2,500 projects without missing deadlines or exceeding budgets. This unwavering commitment to excellence defined Dulin's career and prepared him for his subsequent venture into spiritual mentorship.

In 1996, Steve Dulin established MasterPlan Business Leaders, Inc., with a mission to guide business leaders through the integration of biblical principles into their professional lives. This organization quickly gained recognition for its effective mentorship programs and the widely adopted curriculum, "How to Do Business God’s Way." In 2006, his contributions to faith-based business leadership were acknowledged with the LASER award from King’s College and Seminary.
Beyond his professional successes, Dulin is a dedicated family man, married to his wife, Melody, for over 40 years. Together, they cherish time with their daughters and grandchildren. His legacy is not only in the businesses he built but also in the lives he has impacted through faith-driven leadership.
